1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام)
فِي رَجُلَيْنِ اشْتَرَكَا فِي مَالٍ فَرَبِحَا فِيهِ وَكَانَ مِنَ الْمَالِ دَيْنٌ وَعَلَيْهِمَا دَيْنٌ فَقَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا لِصَاحِبِهِ أَعْطِنِي رَأْسَ الْمَالِ وَلَكَ الرِّبْحُ وَعَلَيْكَ التَّوَى فَقَالَ لا بَأْسَ إِذَا اشْتَرَطَا فَإِذَا كَانَ شَرْطٌ يُخَالِفُ كِتَابَ اللهِ فَهُوَ رَدٌّ إِلَى كِتَابِ اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ.
1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ’Umayr from Hammad from af-Halabiy from abu ’Abd Allah , who has said the following:
"This is about the two men who had a business partnership with a certain amount of asset in which they made a certain amount of profit, there, however, was a loan against that asset which both had to pay. One of them asked the other to give him the capital in exchange for the profit and payment of loan. The Imam said, ‘There is no offense in such deal provided they had established such condition, however, if the condition is against the book of Allah it then is a rejection of the book of Allah.’"
