3. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Nu’man from abu al-Sabbah who has said the following:

“About the case of a man who wants to send goods to a land, if the one with whom he wants to send says, ‘Give this to me as a loan and I will pay you when you reach that land, abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘It is not unlawful.’”
