1- أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الأشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام)
قَالَ قُلْتُ لَهُ يُسْلِفُ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ الْوَرِقَ عَلَى أَنْ يَنْقُدَهَا إِيَّاهُ بِأَرْضٍ أُخْرَى وَيَشْتَرِطُ عَلَيْهِ ذَلِكَ قَالَ لا بَأْسَ.
1. Abu Ali al-Ash’ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Ali ibn al-Nu’man from Ya’qub Shu’ayb who has said the following:
“This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah 
, about the case of a man who made an advance payment with the xvariq (dirham) so that the other could pay him in cash in another land and make it a condition. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not unlawful.’”
