6- الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَمَّنْ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) فِي رَجُلٍ اسْتَعَارَ ثَوْباً
ثُمَّ عَمَدَ إِلَيْهِ فَرَهَنَهُ فَجَاءَ أَهْلُ الْمَتَاعِ إِلَى مَتَاعِهِمْ قَالَ يَأْخُذُونَ مَتَاعَهُمْ.
6. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu’alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali from Aban ibn ‘Uthman from the one who narrated to him who has said the following:
“This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah , about the case of a man who borrowed clothes, then left it as al-Rahn (security deposit) with someone; then the owner came to take it. He (the Imam) said, ‘They can take their asset.’”
