And with the same chain of transmission, he (i.e., al-Ḥasan b. ʿAlī b. Faḍḍāl) has said that Imam al-Riḍā عليه السلام has stated: “Whoever recites the following supplication at the time he breaks his fast—O’ Allāh, for You we fasted through Your grant of success and upon Your sustenance we broke our fast upon Your command, so accept it from us and forgive us. Indeed, You are the Forgiving, the Merciful—Allāh will forgive him for what loss his fasting has incurred as a result of his sins.”
