10. Ahmad has narrated from Ali ibn al-Hakam from ‘Abd al-Rahman al-‘Arzamiy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, has said, ‘One in the state of Ihram can kill anything whereby one fears for his life.’”
