5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Flafs ibn al-Bakhtariy from ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Hajjaj who has said the following:

“Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said that a man who assumes the state of Ihram during a month and comes out of it during the next month, the Imam said, ‘This is counted al-‘Umrah in the month in which he has made his intention or al-‘Umrah in the more virtuous month.’”
