5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following:

“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah , about a man who forgets to perform Tawaf al-Nisa’ until he goes in unto his wife. He (the Imam) said, ‘Women are not lawful until he visits the House.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘He must instruct someone to perform its Qada’ (compensatory tawaf) on his behalf. If he did not perform al-Hajj and has died before Tawaf al-Nisa’ is performed for him, then his guardian or someone else must perform it for him.’”
