15. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from in a marfu‘ manner the following: “This is about the words of Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, ‘If he cannot find (offering) he must fast three days in al-Hajj and seven days when you return and this becomes ten complete.’ (2:196) He (the Imam) عليه السلام, said that completing fasting is completing the offering obligation.’”
