1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn Mahbub from ‘ Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah , about the words of Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most Glorious, ‘Whoever enters it (al-Haram, the Sacred area) gains immunity.(3:96) Does it refer to the House only or it applies to al-Harm also? He (the Imam) replied, ‘Of the people whoever enters, seeking refuge and protection therein, he is immune from the anger of Allah. Those of beasts and birds which enter al-Haram are also immune from mistreatment and injuries until they leave al- Haram. ‘“
