A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad and Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Mahbub from ibn Ri’ab from Misma’ ibn ‘Abd al-Malik who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘If a hunter in the state of Ihram shoots a prey and kills two of them, he owes Kaffarah (expiation) for two as penalty.’”
