5613 - مَا رَوَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : فِي اِمْرَأَةٍ مَاتَتْ وَ تَرَكَتْ زَوْجَهَا قَالَ "فَالْمَالُ كُلُّهُ لَهُ" قُلْتُ اَلرَّجُلُ يَمُوتُ وَ يَتْرُكُ اِمْرَأَتَهُ قَالَ "اَلْمَالُ لَهَا".
Hadith.5613 - Muhammad ibn Abi Umayr narrated from Aban ibn Uthman from Abu Basir who reported from Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq 
regarding a woman who passed away and left behind her husband.
Imam said: "All the wealth belongs to him."
I asked: "What if a man dies and leaves behind his wife?"
Imam replied: "The wealth belongs to her."
