Hadith.5612 - Mu'awiyah ibn Hakeem narrated from Ali ibn Al-Hasan ibn Zayd from Mushma'il from Abu Basir who said: I asked Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) about a woman who passed away and left behind her husband with no other heirs. Imam (as) said: "If there are no other heirs, the wealth belongs to him. For a woman, she receives one-fourth, and whatever remains belongs to the Imam (as)."
