سبحانه وتعالى
, the Almighty, Has Made Permissible and Prohibited in Marriage
Hadith #17
وَ رُوِيَ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ:
"إِنْ قَبِلَتْ وَ مَرَّتْ فَالْقَوَابِلُ أَكْثَرُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ وَ إِنْ قَبِلَتْ وَ رَبَّتْ حَرُمَتْ عَلَيْهِ".
It is narrated from Mu'awiyah ibn 'Ammar that Abu Abdullah
عليه السلام
said:
"If she only received (the child) and then left, then midwives are more common than that. But if she received and raised (the child), then she becomes prohibited for him."
