4098 - وَ رَوَى اَلْحَسَنُ بْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَلاَّدٍ قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنِ اَلرَّجُلِ يَأْخُذُ اَلدَّابَّةَ وَ اَلْبَعِيرَ رَهْناً بِمَالِهِ هَلْ لَهُ أَنْ يَرْكَبَهُمَا فَقَالَ "إِنْ كَانَ يَعْلِفُهُمَا فَلَهُ أَنْ يَرْكَبَهُمَا وَ إِنْ كَانَ اَلَّذِي أَرْهَنَهُمَا عِنْدَهُ يَعْلِفُهُمَا فَلَيْسَ لَهُ أَنْ يَرْكَبَهُمَا".
Hadith.4098 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Abu Walad, who said:
I asked Abu Abdullah about a man who takes a riding animal or a camel as collateral (rahn) for his money, does he have the right to ride them?
Imam
said: "If he is the one feeding them, then he has the right to ride them. But if the one who pledged them as collateral is the one feeding them, then he does not have the right to ride them."
