Hadith.3785 - Jamil narrated from Zurara, who said:
I asked Abu Ja'far Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir about a man who purchased food specifically from a village.
Imam
said: "There is no harm in that. If the food is delivered, it belongs to him. But if it is not delivered, then it remains a debt upon the seller."
