3784 - وَ سَأَلَهُ جَمِيلٌ : عَمَّنِ اِشْتَرَى تِبْنَ بَيْدَرٍ كُلَّ كُرٍّ بِشَيْءٍ مَعْلُومٍ وَ يَقْبِضُ اَلتِّبْنَ فَيَبِيعُهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَكْتَالَ اَلطَّعَامَ فَقَالَ "لاَ بَأْسَ".
Hadith.3784 - Jamil asked Abu Abdillah 
about a man who buys straw from a threshing floor, each load (kurr) for a specified price, and takes possession of the straw but sells it before measuring the grain.
Imam said: "There is no harm in that."
