Sulaiman ibn Khalid asked him (Abu Abdullah عليه السلام) about a man who cuts from the arak tree in Mecca. Imam عليه السلام replied: "He must pay its value as charity, and no one should remove anything from the trees of Mecca except for palm trees and fruit trees."
