2ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي إِبْرَاهِيمَ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) فِي رَجُلٍ أُعْطِيَ مَالاً يُفَرِّقُهُ فِيمَنْ يَحِلُّ لَهُ أَ لَهُ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ مِنْهُ شَيْئاً لِنَفْسِهِ وَإِنْ لَمْ يُسَمَّ لَهُ قَالَ يَأْخُذُ مِنْهُ لِنَفْسِهِ مِثْلَ مَا يُعْطِي غَيْرَهُ.
2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from al-Husayn ibn ‘Uthman who has said the following: “I once asked abu Ibrahim , about a man to whom Zakat is given for distribution among deserving beneficiaries, if he can take a certain amount for himself even though not anything is assigned for him. He (the Imam) said, ‘He can take for himself like what he gives to another person.”’
