1ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَمَّنْ ذَكَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام)
فِي رَجُلٍ يُعْطِي زَكَاةَ مَالِهِ رَجُلاً وَهُوَ يَرَى أَنَّهُ مُعْسِرٌ فَوَجَدَهُ مُوسِراً قَالَ لاَ يُجْزِئُ عَنْهُ.
1. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from al-Husayn ibn ‘Uthman from the one whom he has mentioned who has said the following:
“I once asked abu ’Abd Allah , about a man who pays Zakat to a person whom as he sees is a needy person, but later finds out to be affluent. He (the Imam) said, ‘Such payment is not sufficient for Zakat.’”
