2ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ شَاذَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَجَّاجِ قَالَ قُلْتُ لأَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام)
امْرَأَةٌ مِنْ أَهْلِنَا مُخْتَلِطَةٌ أَ عَلَيْهَا زَكَاةٌ فَقَالَ إِنْ كَانَ عُمِلَ بِهِ فَعَلَيْهَا زَكَاةٌ وَإِنْ لَمْ يُعْمَلْ بِهِ فَلاَ.
2. Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan, from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Hajjaj who has said the following:
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah , about the case of one of our women who is mixed (with insanity) if she is required to pay Zakat. He (the Imam) said, ‘If her assets are made to work, then Zakat is obligatory on her, but if it is not made to work, Zakat is not obligatory.’”
