8. Afi ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from abu Ayyub from abu Basir who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, has said that the Messenger of Allah has said, ‘Condemned and condemned indeed is one who refuses to pay zakat.’”
