21. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hisham ibn al-Hakam from who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, has said that one who refuses to pay the right of Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, spends double as much for falsehood.”
