2. Through the same chain of narrators as that of the previous Hadith it is narrated from Safwan from ‘Abd Allah ibn Muskan from Muhammad al-Halabiy who has said the following:

“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah , about a man who earns a certain amount of wealth. He (the Imam) said, ‘He does not pay its Zakat until one year passes.’”
