Al-Kāfi - Volume 3 > The Time of Salah (Prayer) In a Cloudy Day, Windy and One Who Has Performed Salah (Prayer) Without Facing the Direction of Qiblah
Hadith #10

10. It is a narration from him (narrator of previous Hadith) by Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from ibn abu ‘Umayr from certain persons of our people from Zurarah who has said the following: “I once asked abu Ja‘far, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, about al-Qiblah (al-Ka‘bah) for one who is confused. He (the Imam) said, ‘He performs as he wishes.’ It is also narrated that he performs Salah (prayer) facing four directions.”
