12. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following: “I asked abu ‘Abd Allah , about the hour on Friday in which prayer of a believing person is answered. He replied, ‘Yes, it is the time when the Imam comes out.’ I then said, ‘Imam may come early or late.’ He said, ‘It is when the sun declines toward the west at midday.’”
