33. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from al-‘Amrakiy from Ali ibn Ja‘far who has said the following:
“I once asked abu al-Hassan , about a man who performed Salah (prayer) with a bird in his sleeve. He (the Imam) said, ‘If he is afraid about it then it is not harmful.’ He (the narrator) has said that he then asked him (the Imam) about anklets if women and children could use them during Salah (prayer). He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not an offense if they are silent, but if they make noise then it is not permissible.’”
