1ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ فِي الصَّلاَةِ فَيَرَى الْحَيَّةَ أَوِ الْعَقْرَبَ يَقْتُلُهُمَا إِنْ آذَيَاهُ قَالَ نَعَمْ.


1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad, from Hammad from Hariz from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: “I once asked abu ’Abd Allah (a.s), about a man who in Salah (prayer) sees a snake or scorpion; can he kill it if it is hurting? He (the Imam) said, ’Yes, he can do so.”’
