13ـ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الأشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْجُعْفِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَمَّنْ مَسَّ عَظْمَ الْمَيِّتِ قَالَ إِذَا كَانَ سَنَةٌ فَلَيْسَ بِهِ بَأْسٌ.
13. Abu Ali al-Ash’ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Safwan from ‘Abd al-Wahhab from Muhammad ibn abu Hamzah from Hisham ibn Salim from ’Isma‘il al-Ju’fiy who has said the following:
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah , about touching the bones of a dead person. He (the Imam) said, ‘If it is after one year, it is not harmful.’”
