8 حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الصَّفَّارِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْقَمَّاطِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي يَعْفُورٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) يَقُولُ لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَرَادَ الْحَجَّ وَ لَمْ يَتَهَيَّأْ لَهُ ذَلِكَ فَأَتَى قَبْرَ الْحُسَيْنِ (ع) فَعَرَّفَ عِنْدَهُ يُجْزِيهِ ذَلِكَ عَنِ الْحَجِّ
8. Muḥammad ibn Ḥasan narrated to me from Muḥammad ibn Ḥasan Al-Saffār, from Muḥammad ibn ‘Isā ibn ‘Ubayd, from Abī Sa’īd Al-Qammāť, from Ibn Abī Ya’fūr, who said: I heard Abā ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq ) say: If one decides to go to Hajj but does not have the means to do so and goes to (the Ziyārah of) the grave of Ḥusain
instead, and spends the Day of ‘Arafah next to his grave, his Ziyārah will suffice as having performed Hajj.
