24. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Safwan from Sa’id ibn ‘Abd Allah al-A’Raj who has said the following:

“Once I asked Abu ‘Abdillah about a man who reads the Holy Quran but then he forgets, he reads again and forgets. Is it an offense? The Imam said, ‘No, it is not an offense.’”
