32-9 (The author of the book narrated) my father - may God be pleased with him - narrated that Sa’d ibn Abdullah quoted on the authority of Yaqoob ibn Yazid, on the authority of Ali ibn Ahmad ibn Ashyam, on the authority of Soleiman al-Ja’fari that Abil Hassan Ar-Ridha’ told him,

‘Do you know why Ishmael was called strictly true?’ He said, ‘No.’ Imam Ar-Ridha’ said, ‘It was because he made an appointment with someone and waited for him to come for one year.’
