124 - وَبِهذَا الإِسنادِ عَنْ عَلِىِّ بْنِ أَبِي طالِبٍ عَلَيْهِالسَّلامُ قالَ:
أَتِيَ النَّبِي صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ بِطَعامٍ فَأَدخَلَ إِصبَعَهُ فِيهِ، فَإِذا هُوَحارٌّ فَقالَ: دَعُوهُ حَتّى يَبرُدَ، فَإِنَّهُ أَعْظَمُ بَرَكَةً، وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ تَعالى لَمْ يُطعِمنا الحارَّ.
31-124 According to the same documentation, Ali ibn Abi Talib said, “Some food was brought for the Prophet (S). He
dipped his finger in it and found it to be hot. He
said,
“Let it cool since then it will be more blessed. Indeed the Sublime God has not given us a hot meal as sustenance.”
