1- أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الأشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ شَاذَانَ جَمِيعاً عَنْ صَفْوَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ مُسْكَانَ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ فَرْقَدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ سُئِلَ عَنْ مَوْلُودٍ وُلِدَ وَلَهُ قُبُلٌ وَذَكَرٌ كَيْفَ يُوَرَّثُ قَالَ إِنْ كَانَ يَبُولُ مِنْ ذَكَرِهِ فَلَهُ مِيرَاثُ الذَّكَرِ وَإِنْ كَانَ يَبُولُ مِنَ الْقُبُلِ فَلَهُ مِيرَاثُ الأنْثَى.

Abu Ali a l-Ash ‘ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Safwan ibn Yahya and Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan all from Safwan from ibn Muskan from Dawud ibn Farqad who has narrated the following: “Once abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), was asked about the case of a newborn who has the reproductive organs of both male and female and about his inheritance. He (the Imam) said, ‘If urine comes from the male organ its inheritance is that which is for a male, and if urine comes from the female organ then her share is like the share of a female/”
