1- عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ الْجَعْفَرِيِّ عَمَّنْ ذَكَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) مَا رَأَيْتُ مِنْ ضَعِيفَاتِ الدِّينِ وَنَاقِصَاتِ الْعُقُولِ أَسْلَبَ لِذِي لُبٍّ مِنْكُنَّ.

1. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Abu ‘Abd Allah from his father from Sulayman ibn Ja’far al-Ja’fari from someone he mentioned from Abu ‘Abdillah (al-Sadiq) (as) that Rasulullah (sw) has said: "I never saw anyone more snatching from an intelligent person, than these weak in religion, deficient of reason; you women are."

2- أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَجَّالِ عَنْ غَالِبِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ قَالَ أَتَيْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) فَخَرَجَ إِلَيَّ ثُمَّ قَالَ يَا عُقْبَةُ شَغَلَتْنَا عَنْكَ هَؤُلاءِ النِّسَاءُ. 

2. Ahmad ibn al-Hajjal has narrated from Ghalib ibn ‘Uthman from “Uqbah ibn Khalid who has said the following: “I once went to see abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), and he (the Imam) came to me saying, ‘O ‘Uqbah, the women held us back from meeting you.”’
