1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنِ ابْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) فِي رَجُلٍ أَصَابَتْهُ جَنَابَةٌ فِي السَّفَرِ وَلَيْسَ مَعَهُ مَاءٌ إِلاَّ قَلِيلٌ وَخَافَ إِنْ هُوَ اغْتَسَلَ أَنْ يَعْطَشَ قَالَ إِنْ خَافَ عَطَشاً فَلاَ يُهَرِيقُ مِنْهُ قَطْرَةً وَلْيَتَيَمَّمْ بِالصَّعِيدِ فَإِنَّ الصَّعِيدَ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ.
1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ’Abd Allah ibn al-Mughirah from ibn Sinan who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who, during a journey, experiences sexual relation but does not have any water with him except very little and is afraid of facing thirst if it is used for Ghusl (bath). He (the Imam) said, ‘If he is afraid of facing thirst, he must spill not even one drop; he must take Tayammum with soil; soil is more dear to me”
