1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) مَنْ أَصْبَحَ لا يَهْتَمُّ بِأُمُورِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَلَيْسَ بِمُسْلِمٍ.
1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfali from al-Sakuni from Abu ‘Abdillah who has said the following: “The Messenger of Allah has said, Whoever wakes up without caring about the affairs of the Muslims is not a Muslim."
2ـ وَبِهَذَا الإسْنَادِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) أَنْسَكُ النَّاسِ نُسُكاً أَنْصَحُهُمْ جَيْباً وَأَسْلَمُهُمْ قَلْباً لِجَمِيعِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ.
2. It is reported through the same chain of narrators who has said the following: “The Messenger of Allah has said, ‘The most assiduous worshipper among the people is the one whose inner center is most clean and whose heart is most peaceful toward Muslims.’”
3ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْقَاسَانِيِّ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ دَاوُدَ الْمِنْقَرِيِّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ عَلَيْكَ بِالنُّصْحِ لله فِي خَلْقِهِ فَلَنْ تَلْقَاهُ بِعَمَلٍ أَفْضَلَ مِنْهُ.
3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ali ibn Muhammad al-Qasani from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad from Sulayman ibn Dawud al-Minqari from Sufyan ibn ‘Uyayna who has said the following: “I heard Abu ‘Abdillah say, ‘You must, for the sake of Allah, offer good advice to His creatures; you will not meet Him with any deed better than this.’”
4ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ الْهَاشِمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ مَنْ لَمْ يَهْتَمَّ بِأُمُورِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَلَيْسَ بِمُسْلِمٍ.
4. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from ibn Mahbub from Muhammad al-Qasim al-Hashimi from Abu ‘Abdillah who has said the following: “Whoever does not feel any concern about the affairs of Muslims is not a Muslim any longer.”
5ـ عَنْهُ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ عَمِّهِ عَاصِمٍ الْكُوزِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) قَالَ مَنْ أَصْبَحَ لا يَهْتَمُّ بِأُمُورِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَلَيْسَ مِنْهُمْ وَمَنْ سَمِعَ رَجُلاً يُنَادِي يَا لَلْمُسْلِمِينَ فَلَمْ يُجِبْهُ فَلَيْسَ بِمُسْلِمٍ.
5. It is narrated from him (narrator of the Hadith above) from Salmah ibn al- Khattab from Sulayman ibn Sama’a from his uncle ‘Asim al-Kuzi from Abu ‘Abdillah who has said the following: “The Holy Prophet has said, ‘Whoever does not feel any concern for the affairs of Muslims is no longer one of them. Whoever hears a man calling, “O Muslims, help” and one does not respond, he is not a Muslim.’”
6ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) الْخَلْقُ عِيَالُ الله فَأَحَبُّ الْخَلْقِ إِلَى الله مَنْ نَفَعَ عِيَالَ الله وَأَدْخَلَ عَلَى أَهْلِ بَيْتٍ سُرُوراً.
6. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfali from al-Sakuni from Abu ‘Abdillah who has said the following: “The Messenger of Allah has said, ‘The creatures are the dependents of Allah. The most beloved creature to Allah is the one who is most beneficial to Allah’s dependents (like family members) and who provides the utmost happiness to a family.’”
7ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ سَيْفِ بْنِ عَمِيرَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَنْ سَمِعَ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ سُئِلَ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) مَنْ أَحَبُّ النَّاسِ إِلَى الله قَالَ أَنْفَعُ النَّاسِ لِلنَّاسِ.
7. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Khalid from Ali ibn al-Hakam from Sayf ibn ‘ Amirah who has said the following: “The person who had heard Abu ‘Abdillah narrated to me the following: He had heard the Imam say, ‘The Messenger of Allah was asked, “Who was the most beloved of people to Allah?” The Messenger of Allah replied, ‘The most beneficial one to people is the most beloved to Allah.’”
8ـ عَنْهُ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مُثَنَّى بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ الْحَنَّاطِ عَنْ فِطْرِ بْنِ خَلِيفَةَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) مَنْ رَدَّ عَنْ قَوْمٍ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ عَادِيَةَ [ مَاءٍ ] أَوْ نَارٍ أُوجِبَتْ لَهُ الْجَنَّةُ.
8. It is narrated from him (narrator of the Hadith above) from Ali ibn al-Hakam from al-Muthanna ibn al-Walid al-Hannat from Futr ibn Khalifah from ‘Amr ibn Ali ibn al-Husayn from his father who has said the following: “The Messenger of Allah has said, ‘One who repulses a transgressor from Muslim’s (waters) or fire, will as a matter of necessity go to paradise.’”
9ـ عَنْهُ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) فِي قَوْلِ الله عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَقُولُوا لِلنَّاسِ حُسْناً قَالَ قُولُوا لِلنَّاسِ حُسْناً وَلا تَقُولُوا إِلا خَيْراً حَتَّى تَعْلَمُوا مَا هُوَ.
9. It is narrated from him (narrator of the Hadith above) from ibn Faddal from Tha’labah ibn Maymun from Mu’awiyah ibn ‘Ammar from Abu ‘Abdillah who has said the following: “About the words of Allah, the Majestic, the Glorious, ‘. . . speak righteous words to people. . . .’ (2:83), the Imam said it means, ‘Do not say anything about a people except good until you actually learn all about it.’”
10ـ عَنْهُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجْرَانَ عَنْ أَبِي جَمِيلَةَ الْمُفَضَّلِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ فِي قَوْلِ الله عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَقُولُوا لِلنَّاسِ حُسْناً قَالَ قُولُوا لِلنَّاسِ أَحْسَنَ مَا تُحِبُّونَ أَنْ يُقَالَ فِيكُمْ.
10. It is narrated from him (narrator of the Hadith above) from ibn abu Najran from abu Jamilah al-Mufaddal ibn Salih from Jabir ibn Yazid from abu Ja’far who has said the following: “About the words of Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most Holy, ‘. . . speak righteous words to people, . . .’ (2:83) the Imam said, ‘It means say to people the best of that which you love to be said about you.’”
11ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ جَبَلَةَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ فِي قَوْلِ الله عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَجَعَلَنِي مُبارَكاً أَيْنَ ما كُنْتُ قَالَ نَفَّاعاً.
11. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Yahya ibn al- Mubarak from ‘Abd Allah ibn Jabalah from a man from Abu ‘Abdillah who has said the following: “About the words of Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most Holy: ‘. . . He has blessed me no matter where I dwell, . . .’ (19:31) the Imam said, ‘“Blessed” means, the most beneficial to people.’”
