4. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from ibn Mahbub from Muhammad al-Qasim al-Hashimi from Abu ‘Abdillah عليه السلام who has said the following: “Whoever does not feel any concern about the affairs of Muslims is not a Muslim any longer.”
