أَلَمْ يَعْلَمُوا أَنَّهُ مَن يُحَادِدِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَأَنَّ لَهُ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدًا فِيهَا ذَلِكَ الْخِزْيُ الْعَظِيمُ
Do they not know that whoever opposes Allah and His Apostle, there awaits him the Fire of hell, to remain in it [forever]? That is the great disgrace.

[Pooya/Ali Commentary 9:63] This verse refers to those who defied the Holy Prophet in his lifetime, and after his departure from this world opposed his declaration made at Ghadir Khum (refer to the commentary of Ma-idah: 67), and in his last moments refused to give him pen and paper (refer to hadith al qirtas in the commentary of Nisa: 65).
