لَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِي مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّا وَلَا ذِمَّةً وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُعْتَدُونَ
They observe toward a believer neither kinship nor covenant, and it is they who are the transgressors.
