وَثَمُودَ

الَّذِينَ

جَابُوا

الصَّخْرَ

بِالْوَادِ

wa-thamūda lladhīna jābū ṣ-ṣakhra bi-l-wādi

And with the Thamud (people), who cut out (huge) rocks in the valley?-

— Abdullah Yusufali

and [the people of] Thamud, who hollowed out the rocks in the valley,

— Ali Quli Qarai
