الَّذِي
لَهُ
مُلْكُ
السَّمَاوَاتِ
وَالْأَرْضِ
وَاللَّهُ
عَلَى
كُلِّ
شَيْءٍ
شَهِيدٌ
alladhī lahū mulku s-samāwāti wa-l-ʾarḍi wa-llāhu ʿalā kulli shayʾin shahīdun
Him to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth! And Allah is Witness to all things.
