الَّذِينَ
إِذَا
اكْتَالُوا
عَلَى
النَّاسِ
يَسْتَوْفُونَ
alladhīna ʾidhā ktālū ʿalā n-nāsi yastawfūna
who, when they measure [a commodity bought] from the people, take the full measure,
