إِنَّ شَرَّ الدَّوَابِّ عِندَ اللَّهِ الصُّمُّ الْبُكْمُ الَّذِينَ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ

Indeed the worst of beasts in Allah’s sight are the deaf and dumb who do not exercise their reason.
