يُدۡخِلُ مَن يَشَآءُ فِي رَحۡمَتِهِۦۚ وَٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ أَعَدَّ لَهُمۡ عَذَابًا أَلِيمَۢا

He admits whomever He wishes into His mercy, and He has prepared a painful punishment for the wrongdoers.
