[Pooya/Ali Commentary 75:5] The evil-doer does not listen to the dictate of his conscience and goes on committing sin after sin as though he does not believe in the resurrection. Aqa Mahdi Puya says: In fact no sinner disbelieves in the hereafter, but his sensual lust prevails over his reasoning and makes him wander away from the path of righteousness.
