لِمَن شَاءَ مِنكُمْ أَن يَتَقَدَّمَ أَوْ يَتَأَخَّرَ

[Pooya/Ali Commentary 74:37] Aqa Mahdi Puya says: This verse asserts that man is responsible for his reaction to the action of Allah because he has been given free will to choose or reject the right guidance.
