تَدْعُو

مَنْ

أَدْبَرَ

وَتَوَلَّى

tadʿū man ʾadbara wa-tawallā

Inviting (all) such as turn their backs and turn away their faces (from the Right).

It invites him, who has turned back [from the truth] and forsaken [it],
