أَلَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ
Would He who has created not know? And He is the All-attentive, the All-aware.

[Pooya/Ali Commentary 67:14] See commentary of Anam: 104; Hajj: 63 (for latif). He who creates knows His own creation. Aqa Mahdi Puya says: In this verse the reference is to "man" in view of what has been said in verse 13.
