وَفَجَّرْنَا الْأَرْضَ عُيُونًا فَالْتَقَى الْمَاءُ عَلَى أَمْرٍ قَدْ قُدِرَ

and We made the earth burst forth with springs, and the waters met for a preordained purpose.
